Weekend Musings + PNW Trip Part II

Hello three-day weekend! Something about knowing I get to enjoy the next three days off made getting up extra early this morning a little bit easier. As I looked over my photos from our trip to Coeur d’Alene a few weeks ago, I found myself daydreaming of being back on the water. I was absolutely blown away by how gorgeous it is up there. My husband’s family graciously invited us to stay at their beautiful cabin which is situated right on the river’s edge and, may I add, is exquisitely decorated. We had an awesome time taking in the expansive views and indulged in copious amounts of the host’s famous cheesy bread.  Luckily, said cheesy bread inventor is also an awesome yoga instructor and she treated us to a private waterfront yoga session at the end of our trip!

How cute is that puppy in a life jacket??? Hopefully, you all have some fun things planned for this weekend! San Diego is usually a top beach destination for Labor Day weekend so it should be pretty busy around here.
