This weekend was exactly what I needed. Plenty of relaxing, a box full of ripe peaches, and an outdoor movie night with friends. To top it all off, my wonderful husband surprised me with a shiny new camera on Sunday! I’ve been making due with my hand-me-down Canon Rebel for a while now and am so excited to play around with my new DSLR. I was chasing the light after waiting FOREVER for the battery to fully charge but I managed to snap a few shots of my favorite summer staples: wild flowers, juicy peaches, and a chilled glass of Chardonnay.
