Its been about five years now since my official boycott of red and green Christmas decorations. Don’t get me wrong, the traditional side of me loves bunches of holly, Santa hats, and poinsettias; but when it comes to my own home, I tend to lean towards more nontraditional color palettes. We have seen blue and silver get a lot of attention in recent years but this year designers and homemakers are branching out to include more unexpected hues.
