As a self-professed Cheeseaholic, I have been on the hunt for a cool cheese bar in my new city. I have tried out a few but haven’t been very impressed. Well, I have finally found THE ONE! Now if only I could also find a teleportation device to get me to Madrid. The brainchild of Spanish design firm Gabriel Corchero Studio, Poncelet Cheese Bar is the perfect place for a design hungry Cheeseaholic.
The trendy cheese shop’s interior is reminiscent of a Gastropub with communal tables, eclectic décor, and a mixture of Scandinavian and contemporary furniture. An integral focal point of the expansive dining room is a 300 square foot living wall.

Emphasis on a strong brand image was a key aspect of the conceptual design for Poncelet. Everything from the packaging and menus to the cheese tags and coasters has been thoughtfully designed.
